Each month, we recognize a member of our talented staff here at TJM. This month’s Spotlight employee is a key member of our production team, Cody Crosby!
What do you do at TJM and how long have you worked here?
I’m the Production Manager, and have worked here almost 6 years.
What’s your favorite aspect of your job?
Getting to make custom apparel for not only local customers, but also large, well-known companies.
What’s the work you’ve done that you’re most proud of?
My brother and I maxing our presses out and printing 1,000 shirts per hour!
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
I love fishing and playing video games with my son.
What do you like most about living in central Florida?
The weather and all of the fishing spots around here!
What do you like best about working for TJM?
What I like best about TJM is, it doesn’t feel like a job, because I love what I do and the people I work with.
Any exciting things planned in the future?
Currently building a house for me and my son!
