To Be Sure Your Custom Products Arrive on Time, Order Early
With the disruption in global supply chains, it's critical to order your custom products as early as possible if you want to get them on time.

OK folks, time for some straight talk here.
This is as clear as we can make it. If you have an absolute date you need promotional products by, order early.
We’re not kidding. If you need custom wristbands for your school’s Red Ribbon Week, we recommend you order now. If you need products for Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, order now. If you need custom executive gifts for the holidays, order now.
Why the rush? In a word, Covid-19. The pandemic has wreaked havoc with production facilities all over the world.
Some facilities are in lockdown right now. Others are open, but still struggling to catch up with backlogs from previous shutdowns. Or they’re being forced to wait on parts or supplies from other producers. The best example of this is the current shortage of computer chips. That’s affecting the manufacture of everything from cell phones to cars and trucks.
It’s a Worldwide Problem
It’s not just China, either. Factories in many countries – including right here in the United States have been affected. It truly is a global problem.
And it’s not only on the production end. Customs and tax offices may not be operating at full staff levels, slowing down approvals.
Shipping has been affected as well, whether by air, sea, truck or rail. Many shippers are short-staffed and struggling to recruit new employees. Long-haul truckers are in short supply, and turnover is frequent.
At TJM Promos, we are dedicated to giving you the best customer service you’ll find anywhere. That includes getting your products to you in the most timely fashion possible. We do everything we can on our end to get your order to you quickly.
However, in this extraordinary time, there are some factors we simply can’t control. That’s why we strongly encourage you to order custom products well before you absolutely need them this fall. Keep in mind that the upcoming holiday season is likely to exacerbate shipping issues even further.
Questions or concerns? Call or email today to talk to one of our staff members. We will work with you and do our best to ensure that you have your custom products in-hand when you need them.
