“The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance.” – Aristotle
Located here in our hometown, Ocala, the Magnolia Art Xchange is, according to their website, “an art incubator designed to further visual artists' creativity and professionalism; to be a collaborative resource hub for artists, educators and art enthusiasts; and to dramatically expand the cultural presence in Ocala.” MAX is currently raising funds to renovate the former Ocala Union Station into an artists’ paradise, with classrooms, exhibition halls, and more.
Our Sales Floor Manager, Matt Fischer, is part of the Magnolia Art Xchange, and even serves on their board as president. Naturally, when the Art Xchange was in need of some special t-shirts featuring a super-cool photo of Union Station, we were thrilled to help out!
Each shirt features the photo of Union Station, taken by Phillip D. Breske in 2014, screen printed on the front, with the MAX Ocala logo on the inside collar and on the back. These shirts are a limited edition design, with each shirt individually numbered and signed by Breske.
MAX is selling the shirts as fundraisers, beginning at a Symphony Under the Stars event on Sunday, May 14th. The funds will go to help support the Magnolia Art Xchange, as they work to renovate and prepare Union Station for their initiative.

TJM Promos is thrilled to work with such a great organization that’s providing resources for artists all around central Florida. We have quite a few artists on staff here, many of whom participate in competitions and other local events around the area.
We’d like to wish the very best to the Magnolia Art Xchange, and we look forward to working more with them in the future!
