Our monthly recognition of one of our super-talented staff members who make TJM possible
Rick Cundiff
Each month, we like to showcase one of our dedicated TJM staff members, the sales reps, graphic artists, production crew or admin staff who make our business possible. This month, our Employee Spotlight falls on Ryan Holland!
What do you do at TJM and how long have you worked here?
I am the Factory Liaison and order processor here at TJM.
April 1st will be my one-year mark – no fooling!
What’s your favorite product that you’ve sold or helped design?
I really like working on designing shirts and apparel.
I’ve made some custom pieces here at TJM for myself and I really enjoyed the process.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I am a fashion photographer and graphic designer.
I recently had the opportunity to photograph some runway shows at New York Fashion Week, and I was also published in NYLON Magazine.
Tell us a little about your family.
I love them, but there’s not much to say about them.
What do you like most about living in central Florida?
I like that I’m within a reasonable distance between multiple cities, so I can always find something to do.
Where I’m living now is quiet and relaxing, for the days when I just want to chill.
What do you like best about working for TJM?
I like my coworkers. They always seem to entertain me without even trying. The work atmosphere here is fun and different. I also like that we get to work on fun projects, like making products for The Walking Dead, Stranger Things, and Jumanji, just to name a few.
Any exciting things planned in the future?
I have some fun photoshoots coming up this summer that I’m excited for. I love working with my best friend who is a hair and makeup artist on shoots because we come up with some beautiful photos.
Anything else you’d like to tell the world about?
I really LOVE lasagna.
