What do you do at TJM and how long have you worked here?

I am currently a Sales Manager/Artist and I have been with TJM for six and a half years.

So Courtney, we understand you grew up in Williamsport, PA. Tell us about your experiences with the Little League World Series?

I was born in Williamsport, and it is a family tradition to go and watch the games. My older sister and her family still live there and work/volunteer/watch the games every year. The World Series really gets the entire town going. Most of the local businesses even get pins to trade with the kids from all over the world. It is a big highlight to be able to go and sit on the hill at the field and watch. Everyone brings lawn chairs or big blankets and eats a lot of ballpark food and just has a good time.

Here at TJM, you've designed trading pins for Little League teams. Tell us a little about your favorite designs?

By far my favorite designs are the more creative ones. The teams that want to step away from the standard field and crossed bats layout are so much more fun to design. It's when the customer says you have "creative freedom" that makes most of us designers happy.

What's your favorite aspect of working here?

I would have to say my favorite part of working here would have to be the atmosphere. We all get along really well and work well together.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?

Outside of work I love to spend my time at the lake on my jet ski or the boat. I am also a photographer and do my best to shoot regularly.

Tell us a little about your family.

My mom, dad, fiancé, and I live here in Ocala. I have a younger sister who is currently living in Tampa and an older sister and brother who live in Williamsport. My fiancé and I have two dogs, a basset hound named Maxwell and a beagle named Levi.

What do you like most about living in central Florida?

I am not 100% sure what my favorite part of living here would be. Being so close to the water would be pretty close to the top of my list. I am not a huge fan of sitting on the beach though. I much prefer the lakes, but if I am headed to the ocean, you could find me on a jet ski, jumping waves.

Any exciting things planned in the future?

My future is still slightly undecided. I am planning on getting married and buying a house as soon as my fiancé and I have enough money. I went to school for photography. However, I am really enjoying the more graphic arts side of things. I am really a "go with the flow" type of person, so we will see what the future holds for me.

Anything else you'd like to tell the world about?

Don't stress yourself out too much. Everything will work out the way it was supposed to, eventually.
