Employee Spotlight: Breanna Halsey

For January, our Spotlighted employee is sales representative Breanna Halsey!

What do you do at TJM and how long have you worked here?

I work in the wristband department, and I’m just a few weeks shy of a year here at TJM.

What’s your favorite product that you’ve sold or helped design?

I don’t have a favorite yet. I do love seeing the designs that our wonderful art department creates for us. You all are total rock stars!

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?

I’m very into psychology. I want to know all about what makes people do the things that they do. My main topics right now are mental illnesses and childhood trauma. In addition to psychology, I study astrology, African spirituality, rituals of healing and now numerology. My hope is that in learning more about the mind, my ancestry and the universe will bring me closer to being one with myself and improve my interactions with others. I also love to cook and dance as well.

Tell us a little about your family.

I have a pretty awesome wife and some pretty awesome kids. I’ve been married for 4 years in March and my babies are 9 and 6. My girls are very much themselves and if you met them, you’d understand exactly what I mean. These folks keep my on my toes for sure, but all the same, we are the perfect little family I’ve always wanted.

What do you like most about living in Central Florida?

I really like that there are so many open areas of nature I can go to swim, take a walk or meditate. It’s not all city like some places are. Oh, and the fact that the bigger cities you might want to visit in Florida aren’t that far away.

What do you like best about working for TJM?

I’ve never worked at a company that cares about their employees like TJM. If I’ve ever had an issue, its solved. I’m never ignored when I have a concern or a question and there is ALWAYS someone to help. I also just love the folks I work with. I’ve never had the pleasure of knowing such hilarious and authentic people. From management down to the sales floor, it’s a blessing to work here.

Any exciting things planned in the future?

Hmmm … I’m planning to take my first flight to Las Vegas this year to see my best friend of 19 years. I have never been on a plane nor outside of Florida in the 25 years I’ve been alive, and I’m so excited.
