Employee Spotlight: Allie Altman

Honoring another of our terrific employees who make our success possible

Rick Cundiff

Each month, we showcase one of our dedicated staff members who make our business run. This month’s Spotlight features someone many of you might have spoken with on the phone, Allie Altman!

What do you do at TJM and how long have you worked here?

I have been an administrative assistant at TJM for three years now.

What’s your favorite product aspect of your job?

Patches. It is amazing to see how the customer’s vision goes from a digital design on the computer to a beautifully embroidered patch. We also do some awesome designs across a broad range of customers, so it is neat to see the diversity.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?

I love to read and cook; grilling has become a favorite of mine this past year and I’m always trying new recipes. I also love interior design and am always redecorating my house.

Tell us a little about your family.

I have three children, Maci (9), Jackson (3), and Austin (2) so there is never a dull moment in my house. I am also very close with my parents and siblings, and we all live within 10 minutes of each other, so we are always getting together.

What do you like most about living in central Florida?

Being so close to major areas such as Orlando and Tampa as well as the many beautiful outdoor activities that Florida has to offer. There is always something to do and most of it is easily accessible and fairly close.

What do you like best about working for TJM?

My coworkers. TJM feels like one big family and I love coming to work and seeing some of my favorite people.

Any exciting things planned in the future?

A Christmas trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Let it snow!
