Customer Spotlight: Landscape FL Inc.

Ocala’s Landscape FL Inc. wanted to boost their brand awareness. They did great work, but not enough people knew about it.

“Landscape FL Inc. is a landscape company with over 50 years of combined experience,” said Brandi Anderson. “We offer landscape planning & design; hardscape installation; irrigation & drainage; landscape lighting; pergolas and outdoor kitchens. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized outdoor spaces that incorporate style and functionality.”

So they turned to yard signs to raise their visibility in the community. When they were looking for a provider, one name came promptly to mind.

“We first became familiar with TJM Promos through a personal relationship with (owners) Mike and Trudy (Moore),” said Landscape’s Brandi Anderson. “Over time, this connection evolved into a professional relationship.”  

Landscape FL purchased yard signs and sales picked up. Potential customers saw the signs in the lawns the company already serviced and picked up the phone to call the number printed on the signs.

“We did not have an online presence when we ordered the yard signs, so our goal was to increase our word-of-mouth marketing. The signs also served as a testimonial to our quality of work and provided potential customers with a way to contact us,” Brandi said. “Since implementing the yard signs, we have seen a significant increase in customer leads.  For us, the yard signs were a win!”

Landscape Fl has since made additional purchase from TJM of retractable banners and embroidered shirts for events and dry fit shirts for the staff’s daily wear to beat the Florida heat.

“We use TJM products for everyday use and events such as the Ocala Home Show at the World Equestrian Center,” Brandi said.

Banners For Trade Show Success

The retractable signs are particularly effective at trade shows, she added. “They allow us to engage in the industry with confidence and make our brand visible while doing it. An added bonus is that they are portable and versatile. We proudly display them in our office space, when we aren’t using them for events.”

Another major factor for Landscape FL was the opportunity to support a fellow local business, she noted.
