Customer Spotlight: Hope Chapel, Westminster, Maryland

We love to celebrate our great customers. This month, we spotlight Hope Chapel, a church located in Westminster, Maryland.

Hope Chapel is part of the Foursquare Church an evangelical Pentecostal Christian denomination. "We are a local church that focuses on sharing Jesus through being real people, doing life together and sharing hope in our community," said Pastor Donnie Henss. 

On April 13th, the church held its first annual Blessing of the Bikes, an event for motorcyclists in the area.

"Apparently, this is a regular occurrence across the county in the spring," Henss said. "It was new to me,  but a lady who attends our church asked if I would be willing to officiate a Blessing of the Bikes. I agreed, and then it just grew from there through social media. We had a blast and a great time together."

Henss wanted to offer a prayer for a safe riding season for his area’s motorcycle riders. He also wanted a gift to give to riders who attended, He chose custom patches.

Having never ordered patches before, he turned to the Internet and found our Patches4Less.com division. Our legendary customer service soon won him over.

“TJM made something we had never done before a very easy experience,” he said. “Our design was for our first annual Blessing of the Bikes, hosted for our community. The patch was designed as a gift to all bikers who attended.”

The event was well-attended, as pictures show. The patches proved popular.

“As a gift, all really were pleased to receive,” Henss said. “Everyone loved their patch and ...  we even had a few people take some for their friends that could not make it." 

The pastor found TJM easy to deal with.

“It was reasonable cost and very easy to design the patch we wanted,” he said. “Customer service was responsive and very helpful with several changes I made while designing the patch. Top shelf service!”

When asked how TJM could better serve Hope Chapel’s patch needs, he replied

“I got nothing! Excellent experience all around.”

We appreciate the faith Pastor Henss showed in us, and our ability to provide the right patches at the right time and at the right time for the Hope Chapel Blessing of the Bikes. We look forward to continuing to serve their patch needs in the future, and wish all motorcycle riders a safe and enjoyable riding season this year.
