Customer Spotlight: Hill Country Hash House Harriers

 Each month, we celebrate one of our great customers. This month’s Customer Spotlight shines on the Hill Country Hash House Harriers!

When it comes to running – and celebrating those runs – the Hill Country Hash House Harriers know a thing or two. The running club based in Central Texas, near Fort Hood, meets several times a month to  run a trail and socialize together.

When their previous custom patch provider relocated, they were left to look for a new supplier. A web search turned up several companies, but our responsiveness prompted them to order from TJM Promos.

“We researched several companies, and you had the best product/price/response time,” said a club member who asked that we not use his name. “Tim worked with us closely to create exactly what we wanted in a patch.”

“The patches were distributed to members who contributed to our organization for display on a hat, shirt, jacket, etc.,” the spokesman said. “Everyone was pleased with the quality and many have already attached them to their running gear. The patches were perfect for the intended purpose.”

Overall, “The customer service was fantastic,” he added. “It was quick, responsive and informative. I’m not sure how you could improve upon that.”
