Customer Spotlight: C4 Burton Cattle Company

Each month, we highlight one of our great customers. November’s Customer Spotlight shines on C4 Burton Cattle Company!

As a new cattle ranch, C4 Burton Cattle Company needed to get its name into  the Southeast Texas community as a top beef producer.

“We run a cow-calf and backgrounding operation of beautiful Braford and Brangus cows, along with registered Charolais and Black Hereford bulls. We raise the best grass-fed beef that we feed our own families,” explained ranch manager Bridget Paige.

The ranch, founded in 2014, turned to TJM for custom patches.

“We use the patches to place on hats and t-shirts to raise funds for our annual hay fundraiser event,” Paige said. “We fundraise with ‘Buy a Hat, Buy a Bale’ to try and get enough hay for the winter months to feed our cattle … The patches also help us get our name out in the community as a local option for buying beef cattle.”

So far, the ranch has purchased five custom patch designs from us, to great results.

“Everybody, I mean everybody, loves our patches! They look professional and high quality,” Paige said. “I’ve literally been asked to buy the hat I was wearing by strangers.”

Paige had used a different patch provider before turning to us, but didn’t get the level of personalized service we provide, she said.

“I really enjoyed the patience and professionalism shown to us throughout the process. At no point did I feel like just another customer. The phone calls to let me know I got a new email were also very helpful, as I am outdoors most of the time. Also, the price points are reasonable for the high-quality product I received.

I really like the fact that I get an email from a real person and that the person knows about my order. I also really appreciate the patience shown in the creation process. I have asked for several revisions and not once was there any impatience shown.”

When asked what we could do to serve her business better, Paige replied “Keep up the good work! Your staff are well trained and professional.”
