We Can't Say It Enough: Order Early This Year
Avoid shipping delays by ordering far enough in advance

At TJM Promos, we do everything we can to get your custom promotional products to you in a timely fashion. But there are some factors in the business that are simply out of our control.
One big factor that falls into that category this year is shipping. That’s why, at the risk of repeating ourselves, we cannot stress enough the importance of ordering your custom products well in advance of your need-by date.
You’ve seen the news reports. A combination of production backlogs and shipping delays has created supply chain disruptions worldwide. And much of it is caused by a lack of transportation. Manufacturers can’t get products to ships, ships can’t get products unloaded into trucks, retailers can’t get products to stores or customers.
Deliveries that would normally take days are taking weeks. Deliveries that would take weeks are taking months.
No Relief In Sight
Worse still, experts say this situation could go on well into the foreseeable future. It takes time to hire and train truck drivers and other shippers. It takes time to get backed up products loaded and on the road. Some are saying it could be well into next year before the problems are resolved.
There’s no way around it. The shipping delays affect virtually every product you can buy, from us or any other business. The only thing you can do is leave lots of lead time for the delays being experienced.
As noted, we will do everything within our power to get your custom products order shipped to you promptly. But to be on the safe side, if you need products for a specific season or event, please allow as much extra time as possible to receive your order.
